Severna Park Termite Control & Treatment

The first step in addressing a termite problem is to have a professional inspection. Our team of experts at Park Pest Control will come to your property and use their years of experience and knowledge to determine if termites are present and, if so, what type of damage they have caused. This is important because different types of termites require different treatment methods.

Once we have determined that termites are present and have caused damage, we will work with you to develop a treatment plan. This may involve one or more of the following methods:

– Termite baiting: We place bait stations around your property and monitor them on a regular basis. When termites are present, they will be attracted to the bait and consume it. This will eventually eliminate the entire termite colony.

– Termite barriers: We can create a chemical barrier between your property and the termites by treating the soil around your foundation. This will prevent termites from being able to access your property and cause damage. Not only will it exterminate the termites crossing it but it will be carried back to the colony eliminating the entire colony and the queen.

– Chemical treatment: In some cases, we may recommend a chemical treatment to directly target the termites. This involves injecting a liquid pesticide into the soil around your foundation or into the wood of your home.

After the initial treatment, we will continue to monitor your property on a regular basis to ensure that the problem has been completely eliminated. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help you protect your property from termites!
